My favourite watch: The Casio DB-E30 (HD Video)
After almost a year, I’m finally wearing my watch again (thanks to a broken strap and too busy to send it for repair), so I decided to make a Gear65-esque video about this cool watch. I know, it’s not as cool as that LG watch phone we talked about on Episode 103 of 65bits, but it’s cool enough for me!

This is my favorite watch also but i am unable to find watch bands in the USA for it.
Yea… the watch band is quite annoying cos it breaks all the time. Are there any official Casio shops in the USA? That’s where I always go.
I have replaced the band once and am agin searching for one. can’t finf it on the casio page

I live in Prague (Europe) and I am just going to order the watch band for my Casio DB-E30. It broke again. I really wonder why CASIO has not solved this repeating trouble yet. In a rocket science century the watch bands regulary break….

I love this watch, but it often keeps resetting to Jan 1, 2000 and clears the Data Bank memory. I replaced the band with leather band I bought from a dollar store (every item in store costs $1 CANADIAN). I try to google to search how to solve this resetting problem.

u seem to be having tame problem as myself with the casio db-30 watch. i havnt experienced the watch strap break yet. but the dam thing keeps resetting to january 01 2000. what did you do to solve that problem? would love to fix this problem because i love this lil fucking watch.. LOL
Hey Domenic I have this same watch with the same problem! Keeps resetting! And the power meter never seems to go down!

Hello, from germany. From the manual i got the info, that after a reset the day counter is reseted to Januar 1, 2001 – so i think this would be the manufacturing date.
So i think that my exemplar is more than 8 years (3127 Days) old and it is still working with the first battery
yeah wouldnt mind a tutorial about how to work the features on this model, infact any product i hate reading thro manuals, i think people learn better this way… so come on people lets teach each other stuff \:-)
