  1. Visit this link: http://teamviewer.com/download/index.aspx
  2. Download TeamViewer QuickSupport found under the Additional Downloads heading

    • If you are using Windows, pick the download with the Windows logo
    • If you are using a Mac, pick the download with the Apple logo

Using TeamViewer Support

  1. Run the application you just downloaded. You don’t need to install it
  2. Wait for the green tick to appear
  3. Once it’s ready, tell me the ID (the 9-digit number) that is generated for you
  4. Also read to me the password generated for you
